The kitchen boasts updated appliances like dishwasher, stainless fridge and washer/dryer, granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space, ideal for both daily meals and entertaining guests.
An additional highlight of this property is the accessory dwelling unit (ADU), complete with a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for guests, extended family, the ADU provides privacy while maintaining proximity to the main house. The ADU is the 3 rd bedroom with bath and kitchen. It is located in the converted garage next to but attached to the main house. There is a separate code for entry.
The guesthouse (ADU) is a 1 bedroom unit (350 sqft) which has split air wall mounted air conditioning (9,000 BTU) , a seating area, a sofa which double up also as a bed, and a chair. A furnished kitchen with pots and pans and utensils, with GE gas full range, 21“ LG Refrigerator, 55” LG HDTV Smart TV, and GE microwave. There is also a table, a wardrobe, with mirrors, for your clothing and a full private bathroom with corner shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Rooms are equipped with an electric tea pot, while rooms has access and view to West side patio. It also offer mountain views through the Front door.. There is a king size bed with 4 drawers for under bed storage at the ADU Guest House including bed linen and towels. All appliances in the ADU are brand new including the king size bed.
Free WIFI is provided by a NETGEAR Router Range Extender to the GuestHouse ADU. Free Parking is available in the street.
The guesthouse has an independent entrance with North and west windows. There is a side garden and back yard with trees and flowers.
