The Space

The owner lives in a guest house in the back of the home but doesn’t directly share your backyard; she has her own patio and living space separate from yours.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story house is located on a quiet residential street and is the perfect accommodation for families or groups of up to 10 people. All bedrooms are found on the house’s second floor, along with 2 bathrooms – one with a bath/shower and the other with a shower.

The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed and a 55″ Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The first Guest Queen Bedroom is fitted with a cozy queen bed and a 32″ Smart TV, while the second Guest Queen Bedroom also has a queen bed and a 32″ Smart TV. The Double Bedroom is perfect for accommodating children or additional guests with its two full beds, a 32″ Smart TV, and a desk/chair.

The dining room comfortably seats 10 people, providing ample space for meals or family gatherings. There is also a breakfast nook that seats 4 people, which looks out onto the garden area and provides a peaceful and private setting, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea while watching hummingbirds.

The backyard and garden offer tranquil moments and pleasant evenings. Equipped with BBQ and outdoor dinning areas.

Additional features include reverse osmosis drinking water in the kitchen and solar panels.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit. The living room is spacious and equipped with a 55″ Smart TV, making it the ideal spot for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

Please be advised… -POOL HEATER FEE is an extra $100 PER NIGHT. And must be paid in advance. Minimum 48 HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED and must be purchased for ENTIRE STAY. -THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENT FOR RESIDENTIAL STAYS. Max occupancy of 12 people. No extra guests allowed. Up to $5000 fine for violations. (Events may be permitted with host approval for an extra negotiated fee) -Quiet hours are at 10 pm- 7am. No loud or late night activities permitted. - NO SMOKING on premises. Violations(any evidence of smoking) will result in $500 fine plus any damages or extra cleaning needed. - No pets allowed - Garage parking for 1-2 vehicles ( depending on size) Driveway parking for 3 vehicles. There is a long uphill driveway to house. Please use caution. -Please limit the number of vehicles and vehicle traffic associated with the house, per neighborhood compliance.
